A 15% is troop increase? Is that all we've been missing for the last 4 years?

Thank goodness we're going to get it right now. And kudos to our president for finally being brave enough to see the error of his previous ways. And cut him some slack, you dissenters: a 0.15 error is not bad at all. Just be glad we've found the sweet spot!
